Too much of anything is not good.
Working too much, exercising too much, eating too much.
Until recently, humans were unable to get enough to eat.
The biggest change came when agriculture began.
Unlike hunting, we don’t have to travel to different places and can get food in the same place.
On the other hand, in times when food could not be constantly secured, humans learned how to store energy in the body in the form of fat. When we were hungry and there was nothing to eat, we burned fat and converted it into energy to stave off hunger.
However, we are now in an age of plenty, and as long as you have money, you can easily get food. There are many shops selling delicious food in the city, and it is difficult to avoid such tempting foods.
Although fat is necessary, excess fat is not good for the body. Obesity can lead to various diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
It is very important to maintain a healthy BMI and live a healthy lifestyle.
To lose fat, we need to burn off excess fat, and the most effective way to do this is through exercise.
At first, even if you exercise, it’s hard to lose weight, but if you continue for a certain period of time, you will definitely lose weight.
I was also shocked when I saw the results of my health check-up in August, this year.
Since this August, I’ve reduced my food intake by about 20% and started doing aerobic exercise at the gym three days a week. As a result, I’ve lost 7kg.
It was tough at first, but now it’s become a habit, and I’m enjoying seeing the weight drop little by little. I’ve attached a graph showing my weight change over this year.
If you’re not healthy, your days will be boring. Health is the most important thing.
